My passion for women’s health stems from both personal experience and professional work. As a therapist and long-time advocate with the Myna Mahila Foundation in India, I’ve supported women facing reproductive challenges, trauma, chronic illness, and more. Living with PCOS and Endometriosis myself, I understand how deeply these issues can impact identity and wellbeing. These experiences shape my approach—grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces for women to heal and thrive.
